English is the dominant language of international business relations. Consequently, a good command of English is essential for today's legal or business professional. This course is an expansion upon Legal English 1. It aims to further develop students’ spoken legal English skills as required when attending meetings, interviewing and advising clients, giving presentations. Following areas provide the framework for the course: Commercial Law, Real Property Law, Ways of handling legal disputes (litigation, arbitration), International Law, Comparative Law.
